1 – How long will it take to make my album?

Your album will ship in 7-10 days.
Shipping will take additional 2-5 days, depending on your location and shipping type.

2 – Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally.
Rates for Canada begin at $29.99/US.
All other international locations begin at $129/US

3 – How many pages do I need for the number of images I have?

Typically, most albums average approximately 3 images per page, regardless of the number of pages. A 20 page book will average 60 images. An 80 page book will average 240 images.
When selecting images, pick your favorites that best capture the moment, or that are the most sentimentally important to you.

4 – Can I ask someone to proof my album for me?

Yes, in fact, you don’t even need to ask! We proof every order prior to printing, and we will contact you if we find any issue with your album.

5 -Do you offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?

From start to finish, we do everything within our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
